Band

• Standard is 7 Piece Band for Weddings
• 3 Singers. Guitar, Bass, Keys, Drums
• Complete Sound System
• Sound Engineer
• Stage Lighting
• Emcee Services
• Break Music

Overtime

• Overtime to be at a rate of $1500/hr. OR $2000 if there are horns.

Power

• Two 20amp isolated power drops. Isolated means that no other items are drawing power from the same circuit.
• Power is to be within 25 feet to the staging area. Band is not responsible for accessing power at a distance greater than 25 feet.

Special Music

• All special dance songs that are requested for the band to play must be submitted at least 30 days prior to event.

Stage

• Stage must be a hard surface that is flat and level.
• Band will not set up on grass, gravel, uneven surfaces etc.

Travel

Out of State

• Client is responsible for all travel expenses including airfare, transportation and hotel. Other expenses include instrument and sound system rental.

In-State

• Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, Add $1500 to total.

Vendor Meals

• Band Size plus one for sound or plus two if you will be at event.
• Three of those meals are to be VEGAN.
